Роль социальных и несоциальных факторов в механизмах дестабилизации и реконсолидации негативной памяти

В настоящей работе приводится обзор литературных данных по влиянию социальных и несоциальных факторов на дестабилизацию и реконсолидацию негативной памяти. Описываются нейрофармакологические (антагонисты бета-адренорецепторов, глутаматергических NMDA-рецепторов и агонисты ГАМК-ергических рецепторов) и поведенческие влияния. Последние связаны с включением в процесс реактивации аверсивной памяти, угашения, новой обстановки, стресса, позитивной информации и других событий. Рассматриваются также молекулярно-клеточные механизмы, связанные с процессами дестабилизации и реконсолидации памяти, роль “поведенческой маркировки” и ошибки прогноза подкрепления в этих процессах и значение социальных факторов в механизмах реактивации и реконсолидации негативной памяти. Показаны механизмы передачи условной реакции страха, ее смягчения и генерализации под влиянием социального партнера. В зависимости от характера социального взаимодействия между обученными животными приводится степень их замирания (страха) в фазу реактивации и генерализации памяти с рассмотрением возможных структурно-функциональных механизмов (с помощью методов оптогенетики и экспрессии ранних генов) наблюдаемых поведенческих изменений.
