This review presents an analysis of scientific studies on the possibilities of postmortem diagnosis of infectious diseases. Foreign and domestic experience of forensic doctors in conditions of the threat and spread of highly contagious diseases and emerging infections is shown, as well as an overview of approaches to organizing safe working environment in the forensic medical examination bureau.</p>
Показан зарубежный и отечественный опыт работы судебных медиков в условиях угрозы и распространения особо опасных и новых инфекций, а также приведён и проанализирован обзор подходов к организации безопасных условий труда в бюро судебно-медицинской экспертизы.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>forensic medicine</kwd><kwd>infectious diseases</kwd><kwd>infection control</kwd><kwd>forensic medical expertise</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>судебная медицина</kwd><kwd>инфекционные заболевания</kwd><kwd>инфекционная безопасность</kwd><kwd>судебно-медицинская экспертиза</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Khatam-Lashgari A, Henningsen MJ, Olsen KB, et al.
