2020, Eco-vector</copyright-statement><copyright-statement xml:lang="ru">Copyright ©; 2020, ООО "Эко-вектор"</copyright-statement><copyright-year>2020</copyright-year><copyright-holder xml:lang="en">Eco-vector</copyright-holder><copyright-holder xml:lang="ru">ООО "Эко-вектор"</copyright-holder><ali:free_to_read xmlns:ali="http://www.niso.org/schemas/ali/1.0/"/></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://rjeid.com/1560-9529/article/view/43887">https://rjeid.com/1560-9529/article/view/43887</self-uri><abstract xml:lang="en"><p><italic><bold>AIMS: </bold></italic><italic>the aim of study was to explore the clinical characteristics of coronavirus disease 2019 in mild and ordinary patients, providing guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.</italic></p> <p><italic><bold>MATERIALS AND METHODS:</bold></italic><italic> Sixty-four patients with positive results of nucleic acid testing were divided into two groups, called the youth group and the older group, to be compared the differences of clinical characteristics.</italic></p> <p><italic><bold>RESULTS: </bold></italic><italic>Sixty-nine cases showed normal or decrease in white blood cell count (WBC). One case decreased in lymphocyte count (LYMPH). Seven cases decreased in lymphocyte proportion (LYMPH%). Seven cases increased in C-reactive protein (CRP). Sixteen cases increased in alanine transaminase (ALT). Nineteen cases increased in aspartate transaminase (AST). One case increased in lactic dehydrogenase (LDH). Six cases decreased in creatine kinase (CK). Three cases increased in globulin (GLOB). Thirty-eight cases decreased in serum creatinine (CRE). Five cases decreased in blood urea nitrogen (BUN). The lung CT scanning results showed no statistic difference between two groups (p &gt; 0.05). The level of WBC, NEUT, LDH, BUN, potassium (K<sup>+)</sup> showed statistic difference between two groups (p ˂ 0.05).</italic></p> <p><italic><bold>CONCLUSIONS:</bold></italic><italic> Age was a risk factor in COVID-19. In the course of future diagnosis and treatment, blood test might play an increasingly important role.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic><bold>Цель</bold></italic><italic> — изучение клинических характеристик лёгкого и среднетяжёлого течения новой коронавирусной инфекции (COVID-19) и разработка рекомендаций по клинической диагностике и лечению.</italic></p> <p><italic><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold></italic><italic> Для сравнения различий между клиническими показателями пациенты с положительными результатами теста на нуклеиновые кислоты вируса (n = 64) были разделены на две возрастные (от 15 до 45 и ≥ 45 лет) группы.</italic></p> <p><italic><bold>Результаты.</bold></italic><italic> В 69 случаях отмечались нормальные показатели или снижение числа лейкоцитов, в 1 — снижение общего числа лимфоцитов, в 7 — доли лимфоцитов. Концентрации С-реактивного белка, аланин- и аспартатаминотрансфераз были повышены у 7; 16 и 19 пациентов соответственно. Среди других клинических характеристик следует указать на повышение уровней лактодегидрогеназы (у 1) и глобулинов (у 3), а также понижение уровней креатинкиназы (у 6), сывороточного креатинина (у 38) и азота мочевины в крови (у 5). Статистической значимости между двумя группами не выявлено по результатам компьютерной томографии лёгких (p &gt; 0,05), однако обнаружено по концентрации лейкоцитов, нейтрофилов, лактодегидрогеназы, азота мочевины в крови и ионов калия (p ˂ 0,05).</italic></p> <p><italic><bold>Заключение.</bold></italic><italic> Фактором риска при COVID-19 является возраст.
