Clinical manifestations of Q-fever in acute and chronic forms are considered in detail, problems of early diagnosis and treatment tactics are discussed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзорной статье рассматриваются современные сведения об этиологии, эпидемиологии Q-лихорадки, патогенетические механизмы, обеспечивающие уклонение коксиелл от защитных систем макроорганизма и способствующие развитию хронического течения заболевания.
