There was a significant reduction in the levels of HIV RNA and an increase in the CD4 lymphocyte count in the patients receiving both chemoprophylaxis regimens. The efficiency of HAART regimens to prevent vertical HIV transmission was significantly higher than that of monoprophylaxis. The use of antiretroviral drugs was safe as monotherapy and in the HAART regimens during pregnancy.</p>
Применение в период беременности антиретровирусных препаратов было безопасно как в виде монотерапии, так и в схемах ВААРТ.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>HIV infection</kwd><kwd>vertical transmission</kwd><kwd>highly active antiretroviral therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ВИЧ-инфекция</kwd><kwd>вертикальная передача</kwd><kwd>высокоактивная антиретровирусная терапия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Гепатотоксичность у больных ВИЧ-инфекцией, получавших ВААРТ / Канестри В.
