A number of indicators are presented in dynamics over 7 years and compared with indicators of the Russian Federation. Statistical data for 2015–2021 were provided by the Departments of Rospotrebnadzor for Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Kurgan, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Sverdlovsk, Tomsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk regions; Altai, Transbaikal, Krasnoyarsk Territory; the republics of Altai, Buryatia, Tyva, Khakassia; Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug–Yugra, and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Data for the Russian Federation were provided by the Federal Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor as part of the implementation of the functionality of the Ural-Siberian Scientific and Methodological Center for the Prevention of Infections Associated with the provision of medical Care.</p> <p>Information provided in the article is intended for employees of Rospotrebnadzor bodies and organizations, medical organizations, educational organizations, executive authorities in the field of healthcare, and other interested persons.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Профилактика инфекций, связанных с оказанием медицинской помощи, есть комплекс мероприятий по эпидемиологическому и микробиологическому мониторингу, дезинфекционным и стерилизационным процедурам в медицинских организациях, что позволяет следить за циркуляцией микроорганизмов, определять маркеры резистентности к антимикробным препаратам и применяемым дезинфектантам.</p> <p>В статье представлен анализ данных об организации дезинфекционных и стерилизационных мероприятий в медицинских организациях Уральского и Сибирского федеральных округов на основе данных формы федерального статистического наблюдения № 27 (ФФСН № 27) «Сведения о дезинфекционной деятельности» за 2021 год. Ряд показателей представлен в динамике за 7 лет и в сравнении с показателями по Российской Федерации. Статистические данные за 2015–2021 гг. предоставлены Управлениями Роспотребнадзора по Иркутской, Кемеровской, Курганской, Новосибирской, Омской, Свердловской, Томской, Тюменской, Челябинской областям; Алтайскому, Забайкальскому, Красноярскому краю; республикам Алтай, Бурятия, Тыва, Хакасия; Ханты-Мансийскому автономному округу ― Югра, Ямало-Ненецкому автономному округу.
