Студенты в “сети”: социальные медиа как актор сборки “сетевых пространств” образовательных мигрантов в Иркутске

Аннотация

Данная статья посвящена изучению повседневных онлайн- и офлайн-практик, осуществляемых транслокальными (россиянами) и трансграничными (китайцами) студентами-мигрантами в Иркутске. Основываясь на идее, предложенной Д. Ло, о разделении “евклидова” и “сетевого” пространств, мы попытались объяснить, как участие студентов-мигрантов в разнообразных цифровых сообществах и группах выстраивает и стабилизирует различные сети отношений, как определяет их повседневные практики в месте пребывания. Мы показываем, что для китайских студентов участие в группах социальных медиа становится основой формирования их “сетевого пространства”. Для россиян социальные сети служат лишь дополнением к офлайн-практикам, по сути, играют обслуживающую роль при выстраивании “сетевого пространства”. Таким образом, ежедневно находясь физически в одних и тех же местах (“евклидово пространство”), иногородние и иностранные студенты воспринимают и потребляют их по-разному, так как одновременно пребывают в различных “сетевых пространствах”.
